Six amazing quilters made beautiful Midnight on the 707 quilts to test the versatility of this fun and easy pattern. Get inspired from their beautiful quilts!
Throw Size Quilts
Melissa David @QuiltingAbovetheCloudsMelissa used pink and green florals for a stunning quilt top. To give her scrappy chevrons some cohesion, Melissa grouped the same fabric for the center two chevrons, the middle chevrons, and the outer chevrons in each row.
Sammy Dahlstrom @SonderQuiltStudio
Sammy made a gorgeous ombre quilt, choosing three monochromatic solids for her chevrons and combining them with a dark background fabric for an incredible, dramatic quilt.
Kelsey Alumbaugh Bredehoeft @QuiltingKelsey
Kelsey made a two-color version of this throw quilt using bright (and yummy!) prints from the Ruby Star Society Sugar Cones collection.
Jess Coake @JessCoake89
Jess made a soothing and scrappy throw quilt using a mix of bright and dramatic blue fat quarters.
Baby Size Quilts
Nik Knott @Vogonverse
Nik made the most special Midnight on the 707 quilt. For her solids color palette and in keeping with the theme of the quilt design, she chose colors British Airways has used on their tail fins throughout the years in honor of a loved one who worked for the airline. I am so humbled by this truly special make.
Brianna @Stitched.Chaos
Brianna made a sweet scrappy pink and purple baby quilt using the Ruby Star Society Sugar Cones collection, pairing matching fabrics for the inner and outer chevrons in each row.
